Located right in the heart of downtown Newport, you are steps away from Newports waterfront and famous Thames Street. There are ample shops and restaurants in any direction and you are a 10 minute walk from Historic Bellevue Ave, which is home to The International Tennis Hall of Fame and Preservation Society Mansions.
Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors. All guests will get an email the morning of their arrival with the instructions, codes to the doors and Wifi. Super easy!
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests.

There are two bedrooms, each bedroom with queen sized beds, ample closet space and TV’s. There is another full sized bed located in the loft. There are two full bathrooms, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor with high end towels and toiletries provided.
The entire home has been updated with mini splits to make your stay comfortable, and there is a washer and dryer on the first floor for your convenience as well.
