The extra-large outdoor deck is great for morning sunrises and your coffee, and a great place to view the spectacular night sky. We are 7 Minutes to Territorial Capital of Oklahoma-Guthrie, where we celebrate many different festivals. A visit downtown reveals many Victorian buildings and antique stores. Guthrie is home to The Dominion House, the world's largest active Masonic Temple and its gorgeous architecture, Outlaw Boothill, Annual International Bluegrass Festival in Cottonwood Flats. The cottage is 20 minutes to Lazy E Rodeo Arena, 30 minutes to OKC, Shopping. Bricktown, Bombing Memorial & OKC Thunder Basketball team. Both State Universities are within 1 hour. Beautiful rolling hills of Central Oklahoma abounding with deer and lots of turkey. We do not charge a deposit or a cleaning fee to our guests for our cottage.
