Very spacious and comfortably-furnished house in northwest Colorado Springs. Located in wooded area with lovely, mature landscaping and both mountain and city views. There is a lot of natural light in the house making it bright, sunny and cheerful. Quiet neighborhood with wildlife roaming - you will see deer and rabbits, and sometimes fox, bear, bobcat, etc. Very large wrap-around deck for BBQing, sunny morning breakfasts, entertaining and dining. Deck is surrounded by very mature trees making it very private and shady in the late afternoons. Plenty of sleeping space with five large bedrooms and a futon in downstairs family room. Big basement walks out to large patio and has pool table, ping pong, darts, games and large screen HDTV. DIRECTV on 3 TVs in house.

Easy access to I-25, allowing you to get to all the great Colorado Springs area attractions sooner than later. Only 15 mins to US Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado College and Old Colorado City. Only 20-30 mins to Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak attractions and 1 hr to downtown Denver. Want to ski/snowboard? Only 2 1/2 hrs to Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin and Monarch. White water rafting on the Arkansas is less than 1 hr away.
