The cabana area and gas grill BBQ pit are ideal for gatherings. Feel free to utilize the entire house, appliances, and dishes, excluding closets and the garage. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master and queen beds in bedrooms 2 & 3. The game room offers entertainment with a pool table and TV. Upon departure, kindly clean up and restore items to their original order. Extended stays receive discounts, please inquire. Parties/events require prior approval, and NO large parties are permitted.
