There are shared common areas both inside and outside. The inside entrance parlor invites conversation and lounging with a relaxed retro vibe. Behind the building is the shared outdoor space containing a blue stone patio with a large farm table, custom-built from the wood beams of the historic structure. A step down from the patio is a pea-graveled terrace with a circle of Adirondacks chairs to enjoy one's company.
