Summary: We had a family group for UVA graduation and this was a perfect spot. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to the downtown mall. We really enjoyed the back courtyard which gave us room to spread out and enjoy watching birds and rabbits. The kitchen had everything we needed. I understand the property is now available only for long term rentals and it certainly has everything you would need for an extended stay.
