This beautiful log home sits on 7 private acres with access to a shared dock on Lake Bowen—perfect for family vacations, corporate retreats, or girls’ weekends. Conveniently located, it’s just 30 minutes from Greenville, SC, 55 minutes from Asheville, NC, and 20–25 minutes from the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC). Events are welcome with an additional fee.
Inside, the home features open-concept living with hardwood floors, a cozy log fireplace, and tasteful professional décor. The fully equipped kitchen offers seating for 10–12, and the spacious outdoor deck includes a gas grill and room to dine or relax with seasonal lake and mountain views.
The downstairs layout includes a luxurious king master suite and two queen bedrooms that share a full bath. Upstairs is a family-friendly loft with bunk beds and twin rooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom—ideal for children or groups. The large family room is perfect for gathering around the fireplace, watching movies, or playing games.
Lake access is just 200 steps away at the shared dock, reserved for the property and select rental guests. Guests can swim or use two available kayaks and paddleboards. If needed, a golf cart can be arranged to help transport items to and from the lake.
Pontoon boat rentals are available upon booking. Rates start at $350 for four hours, with additional hours at $25 each. Multi-day discounts apply. Boats hold up to 11 guests; one is fishing-equipped, while none are powered for tubing. Rentals include delivery to your dock and all safety gear: anchor, canopy, Bluetooth hookup, fish finder, depth gauge, map, and lake rules. Fuel used is paid for at the end of the rental.
