Before you turn in, wind down in the reclining sectional sofa with an episode of your favorite Netflix show on the large HD TV. And, in the morning, brew up complimentary coffee and teas with sugar, honey, half-n-half, etc. to get your day off to a good start.

In addition to private access the entire upper unit, guests also have private access to the small balcony off the upper living room, including an outdoor table and chairs.
A parking space can usually be made available in a garage shared with the owners who live in the first floor unit, though most guests choose to park on the street directly outside the house.
