Positive: Our hosts were absolutely fabulous! Above and beyond! Rick & Alexandra were delightful and most accommodating. Sadly, we arrived during a period of a "Miller moth" hatch. (This year during the first weekend in June). They were everywhere. Literally dozens of them swarming around the lovely cabin's interior upon our entry. Freaked my wife out. We couldn't stay! That's the bad news. The good news is that our hosts we're immediately responsive and understanding. They refunded our total rental fee... ON THE SPOT! Unfortunate circumstances that, ultimately, led to a customer service experience that was "World Class"! And, the place is so serene and tasteful, there's just no doubt we'd stay again... just at a different time of year! Thank you, Rick and Alexandra!
