Welcome to Villa De Vino - 3 acre sweet vacation home! Nestled into the Hills of Temecula Wine Country this 5 bedroom 3 bath single story home will make you have that peaceful feeling the moment you walk in that will allow vacation mode to set right in!
Villa De Vino offers 4 bedrooms with King Size Beds and 1 bedroom with a Queen Size Bed and Twin Daybed with additional trundle. Walk in through the Double Door Entrance and you are welcomed by the Formal Dining Room and Great Room that over looks the pool and spa area with one queen sofa sleeper. To the side over looking the mountains views is the spacious kitchen with tons of space on the newly installed granite counter tops, breakfast bar and seating area. The Master Suite offers Eastern King Size Bed with Queen Sofa Sleeper pull out couch, TV and private bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The Sand's(bedroom #2) Suite has a Cal King Bed, the CA Room(bedroom #3) has a Queen Size Bed, a Twin Day Bed, and Twin Trundle. The Sun Room(bedroom #4 has a Cal King Bed and TV. All three of these rooms share a bathroom. The 5th bedroom is on the opposite side of the home is very private from the rest of the bedrooms. This room also has a CA King Bed, close bathroom and it's own entrance.
The Backyard offers so much for relaxation and enjoyment! The large patio area has both covered and sun areas. There is seating for 12 and BBQ with one tank of propane per stay. Lounge by the pool in one of the chaise lounges while over looking the near by private vineyard. Also wind down your day in our unique hot tub under the patio cover while you gaze at the star filled sky!
