Conveniently located a short distance from downtown Dripping Springs. You can relax and unwind under the stars in the sumptuous 10 person private hot tub, followed by a glass of your favorite beverage by the fire pit.

The large open floor plan in the living room has a comfortable sectional sofa, large flat screen television, fireplace (for aesthetics only) with large windows to enjoy the spectacular views of the hill county and majestic fountain.
