This darling, clean 700 square foot cottage house sits on 7 acres and is just 15 minutes from OSU campus and 3.5 miles from Lake McMurtry East. Get away from the hustle and bustle and come let us share our slice of heaven with you! Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.
The stars are bright on a clear night and you never know when deer will come through. If you're a bird watcher there are plenty of beautiful birds to enjoy. Early in the morning rabbits tend to run about. We installed a fire pit area in Sept 2023 and Johnny built four redwood chairs for the area which is great for star gazing too.

In August 2023 we started putting little price tags on some of the treasures we've used for decorations. If you want to purchase an item remove the price tag and leave it with cash or a check and take the item with you. This helps encourage our "picking". We know you'll enjoy our place as much as we do.
