Positive: I have stayed in both of the units managed by this host multiple times including 2 long term stays, so I will be leaving similar reviews for both units. The photos do not do this/these propert(ies) justice! Both units are very comfortable and thoroughly cleaned. The host: is actually a joy to interact with; refreshingly positive, very uplifting attitude. Excellent communication, professional, cooperative and helpful. Some of the amenities I enjoyed: Decore/Interior design: thoughtfully artistic contemporary style with uplifting teal tone accents Sleeping/lounging: Professionally made King bed w crisp sanitized linens. 2 large smart TVs with an almost endless selection of viewing via free apps. No subscription services needed! There are accommodations for small families with children: an extra twin roll out bed and a pack n’ play. There are multiple, complete sets of linen in all sizes. Bath: a generous collection of large white sanitized towels - and there is always a brand new package of washcloths! Toiletries shelf with a selection of body washes, shampoos, conditioners, etc. Upgraded, modern showerheads. Kitchen/cleaning: Fully stocked including Pyrex bakeware for making healthy or even complicated meals! Emergency non perishable food staples including ample bottled water. An array of namebrand cleaning products and supplies. Off street, apartment community parking. Necessary repairs that were addressed in previous reviews have been completed. (I personally inquired.)
