Just 5 minutes by car or taxi to Downtown Austin. Walk to Umlauf Scuplture Gardens, Zilker Botanical, Barton Springs Pool and "Restaurant Row", where you will find excellent dining, coffee shops, and bars. There is even a mini-market right next door that has everything you could possibly need!
The sleeping area has a queen bed with a privacy screen separating it from the living room. Additional sleeping on the thick gold bond futon (extra linens available for $25), or use it to relax and stream your favorite content on the 42" Smart TV. Full bath with plenty of space and fully-equipped kitchen. One onsite parking space is provided. There are also ride-sharing services and public transportation nearby. Wireless internet included.
