This one bedroom apartment is perfect for couples but can accommodate a family with 1 or 2 young children or one more young adult with the pull out living room sofa. The area is rich in fishing, crabbing and water sports with sailing, jet skiing, kayaking and motor boating as popular past times. Gorgeous views are breathtaking year round. Wineries and great restaurants near by. Minutes from I-95 and about 50 mins equal distance between Baltimore and Philadelphia Airport. Boating, hiking, camping, shopping, antiquing and a casino within 20 miles. There are state parks in every direction.
