In the wintertime, try your hand at ice fishing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, or snowmobiling. Year-round, stop in for a glass at Three Lakes Winery, around six miles away, explore the Franklin & Butternut Lakes State Natural Area, 15 miles north, or visit Eagle River's shops, restaurants, and amenities about 16 miles northwest.
At home, start the day with coffee out on your deck and wake up with the lake. The well-equipped, open kitchen inside makes meal prep a breeze, while dining can be enjoyed indoors at the breakfast bar or the table for six or out at the lakeside picnic table. Homey, traditional furnishings and an open layout make it easy to get comfortable with friends and family. After a day outdoors, entertainment options at home include two streaming-capable TVs, a DVD player, and complimentary high-speed WiFi.
