This building was custom built for the first female mayor of Bellevue (Nancy Campbell).

The nature trails on the property, the beach, the dock and diving board are shared with the owner and his guests and occasional visits by landscapers and contractors for repairs and maintenance. At no time during your stay anyone else would be allowed inside the property unless it’s for emergency reasons or requested by you.
