You're just a 5 minute Uber/Lyft to downtown, a 3 minute WALK to the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children's Hospital, the world famous Cincinnati Zoo, Bogart’s Music venue and many more locations.
The entire home can sleep 10 people. You will have access to a shared 2 car driveway, two kitchens, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and two living areas.
You can also rent out both units separately--Separate listings. NO LOCAL RENTERS PLEASE.
The space
Spacious and clean. Three comfy queen-size beds, a twin-size day bed and two air mattresses are available upon request.

You will have access to the entire home, front porch, backyard, washer/dryer and driveway.
