Large 25’x30’ Deck off Party Room, New Above ground pool with Deck and Gargage converted into a Gym/Large game room with ping pong, air hockey, shuffleboard, basketball game and darts. Plus dock with room for 3 boats.
We are renting our home monthly for 1-6 mos fully furnished rental $4500 per month for 6 mos/$5000 for 3 mos/50% daily rate for 1 month. (Includes gas, water, trash, electric, Dish Satellite, high speed internet, plus land line and twice a month cleaning lady(bathrooms, Kitchen and tile/wood floors).
