Beautiful large home almost 3,000 sq ft with a game room, including 3 in 1 pool table, air hockey and table tennis. As well as a foosball table. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. House has 2 formal living rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) and 1 family game room. Fully furnished bright spaces with modern decor designed for families, groups of friends and business travelers. House has RV parking spot as well as up to 3 car parking spots. No garage access.

Pool Heating Fees 🏊♀️ ~ Pool & Spa $70 per day ( advance notice required) Upon request
-Spa and pool will be heated the same, spa will not reach hot temperatures because it is NOT a Hot Tub.

Landscaper comes 2x a month.
