With a very large backyard, beach toys in the garage, this is a great home for families. You're only 50 feet from the Cove, which is known for excellent surfing and miles of sandy beach. An excellent hiking trail can be found a few blocks south, and the golf course is just around the block and down the street. The Prom is a short two blocks away from Surfers Cove.
