Summary: Overall cleanliness was amazing. We had three concerns: Shower floor becomes very slippery when wet. We are seniors and falling is a big concern. Outlets on the desk (side panel), did not work. With the humidity, the floors become wet and slippery causing us to keep room temperature at 70.Personnel was amazing and very courteous.
