As your host, we are available from 0800-2100 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that you are renting a private home and not a hotel thus our response time is not immediate, as it would be a hotel.

Make a run to the beach, head to the sandbar, kayak, or travel by water to the local restaurants and tiki bars. (Note: Kayaks and paddle boards are available to rent upon approval and signed waiver. Please contact us for more details.)
There is an outside deck and patio that are fully furnished so you can lounge or enjoy your meal relaxing and appreciating the beautiful South Florida weather.

*40 ft dock that you can utilize, that can be used for relaxing, or to bring a boat (only insured watercrafts are allowed to dock). Depends on availability upon request, rate is $25 per day. We can accommodate boats up to 32 feet long. Air draft max length is 12 feet (bridge nearby).
*Outdoor Gas Grill BBQ with comfortable seating overlooking the deck.
*Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee machine, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, teapot, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, microwave, stove, and oven.
