The reception is open 24 hours a day (check-in 3pm or after and check-out by 11am) and we speak your language! Proof of traveling might be required to allow check-in.

No curfew.
Amenities Fee of 5 USD per bed per night will be added. Taxes not included of 17%. All are added in one payment prior to arrival. Payment will be collected remotely, using the debit or credit card you provided to Hostelworld. You should not pay the front desk. We charge your card before arrival within the period permitted per our cancelation policy. We do not accept cash.
Cancellation or Modification: To Cancel or Modify without charge of the entire reservation, guests need to request online directly with the website they booked 72h before the check-in date or within 24h from reserving for a full refund. Once checked-in and used the bed, for early check-outs we will retain the upcoming 3 nights.
Refunds usually can take up to 7 days. In case guests booked directly with Bposhtels, cancellation or modifications must be requested by replying to the email received at the time of the reservation. No-show by 11am of the next day of the check-in date will be charged for the entire reservation including fees and taxes and the bed will be subjected to resale. Bposhtels only manage shared rooms, therefore upgrade to a private room is not possible unless paid separately.
