Lake Odessa is a hidden Iowa gem, perfect for those looking to escape into nature. It’s a great spot for outdoor enthusiasts who love duck hunting, fishing, kayaking, birdwatching & hiking. The lake hosts a variety of wildlife, bald eagles, herons, and migrating waterfowl. From the deck enjoy sunrise views over the water, quiet evenings by the fire, and the soothing sounds of nature all around. Our recently updated cabin is the perfect getaway from the bustle of everyday life.
Our cabin was recently updated but is still rustically cozy. It has a living room with fireplace and TV. A small dining area with dining table for 4. A full kitchen stocked with *basic* cooking supplies. A bathroom with new tile shower no tub, new floor and toilet. Two bedrooms with queen beds (one queen over queen bunk bed) and a full size futon in living room. Large deck with chairs, table and water view. DVD player with small collection of DVDs and local tv stations by antenna. A small collection of books. We have a small yard and picnic table.
