Locals must communicate prior to booking in order to prevent parties. Instant booking feature is only for out of area travelers.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or service to rude, disrespectful, or discourteous guests. Continued harassment or verbal abuse towards staff may result in termination of your stay at our discretion.
EARLY CHECK-INS
Early check-ins are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to request a preferred time, but only the host can approve check-ins before 4 PM. Booking approval does not imply early check-in approval. Please send a message to request early check-in specifically.
LATE CHECKOUTS
Must be approved by the management team. If you stay past 11 AM without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next night at the full listing rate.
PACKAGES
Guests are not allowed to receive mail/packages at the unit for privacy reasons. Deliveries sent to the address will be rejected by the leasing office, and we are not responsible for their whereabouts.
LEASING OFFICE
Do not enter the leasing office or communicate with the property management staff. All communication must go through the Airbnb platform. Any lease violations (smoking, noise, trash, etc.) will result in a $500 fine and potential reservation termination.
MAINTENANCE
Most repairs are handled by the property’s maintenance team. Non-urgent items (e.g. blinds, curtains, lightbulbs) may not be fixed immediately. Guests are asked to be patient, especially when a previous guest caused minor damage.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.
KEYS / PARKING
Lost or damaged items will incur the following fees:
Key fob: $100 per key fob
Banff Access Pass: $50
PARTIES
No parties or noise violations are allowed. Violations include unreported guests, damage, or disrespectful behavior. A $200 fine applies for any such infraction.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE UNIT ($500 fine for smoking or vaping)
CLEANING
The cleaning fee assumes guests clean up after themselves (e.g. dishes in dishwasher, towels in washer). An unreasonable mess will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.
EXTRA TOWELS / LINENS
Housekeeping may leave clean towels in the dryer due to scheduling constraints. If you don’t see enough towels on arrival, please check the dryer.
Signed Renters Agreement required within first 24 hours of booking.
