Garage stores a seldom used truck. There's a guest house about 20 yards behind the house that is occasionally occupied.

Our small town is regularly in the top three cities to live in the DFW metro area. It s a safe, quiet neighborhood where you will hear owls and coyotes nearly every night. See the stars, hear the frogs in spring or crackling leaves under foot in autumn. It s a great place to just slow down and hear the quiet.
We can accommodate 11 guests but the base rate is for the first four guests. There is a small additional fee for additional guests. If you are new to short term rentals, this is pretty standard.
