Our home away from home is now open for long term rental. Second story fully furnished apartment with king beds, linens, towels, full kitchen, includes all utilities, all appliances, dishes, and cookware. Off street parking for two cars, plus private entrance in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We do not allow smoking in the apartment, but provide smoking area on patio behind the building. Two desks, office setup, large screen TV with high speed WiFi, Dish TV with ROKU, and comfortable living room as well as access to washer and dryer on the first floor. Acorn chair lift available for those needing assistance to reach second floor. Again, covers all utilities (gas, water, electric, cable, Dish TV). If you're transitioning to Nashville, or assigned to work in the Mt Juliet or Nashville area, this is the place for you. 20 minutes to BNA (airport) and another 10 to downtown Nashville, TN.
