House is large, great for families or entertaining with 3 bedrooms upstairs, living room, dining room, sitting room and lower level suite/ kids playroom with a king bed and a set of twin bunk beds. House has an amazing heated outdoor pool, outdoor kitchen, huge deck and nice yard. Beach chairs, lawn games, outdoor shower, brand new 6 zone state of the art app (Control 4) controlled audio and video system connected to wifi plays music from the master to the pool.
