Designed by a renowned Santa Fe architect, the home was intentionally built to directly face both the Jemez Mountains and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, offering unparalleled sky fire sunsets and sunrises from the privacy of the home. The home's contemporary adobe construction and curated collection of fine art beautifully captures the essence of New Mexico high desert living. On the property you will find meticulous landscaping, enchanting gardens and two arroyos/hiking trails accessible right from the backdoor.
The residence includes a large, tranquil living room with an authentic adobe dual-sided gas fireplace that is the show-stopping centerpiece of the home. The dining room seats 10 guests and the outdoor dining table seats six. The entryway courtyard has a wood-burning Kiva fireplace and lounge chairs to enjoy star-gazing and margaritas by the fire.
