When you enter the home you will be drawn to the boho-style decor and quality/comfortable furnishings. Take time to notice the love and care we have put into the smallest details. Bedroom 1 (second floor): Our master bedroom won't disappoint with a king-sized bed, a full-length mirror, a large walk-in closet, and fun TX-themed wallpaper.
Bedroom 2 (second floor): A queen-sized bed, and a full-sized mirror with a bedside lamp.
The condo building has its own private parking lot and we offer two spots (no charge). There is also a washer & dryer for your convenience.
RULES:
For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.
We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.
We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.
No parties or events.
We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds. Pet Fee is $85 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.
