There is a 40” smart TV with basic cable and access to Netflix for more entertainment options. WIFI is included. A few steps up will lead you to the bedroom with a queen bed, accompanied by a desk/work space.
Guests will have full access and use of the unit. You may come and go as you like, while feeling safe and secure with electronic locks on both the entrance to the complex and the apartment. There are no keys to hassle with!
