This newly built Pewaukee Lake home has 4 bedrooms 3.5. baths with 40' of private lake frontage with private pier and commands magnificent lake views for miles. Walk, bike or boat to restaurants and bars in our beautiful Lake Country area.
Pewaukee Lake is Waukesha County's largest lake, 2,437 acres of recreation! We have lake toys including a 4-person paddle boat, kayak, 2 paddle boards and a lake mat. It's just a 5-minute paddle to Party Island where locals and guests enjoy swimming or just chilling @ the lake! Please NOTE: No parties or loud music allowed @ property.
Rent a boat from a few local boat rental companies, or we offer a Boat Tour with Boat Captain for 2.5 hours for $250. If you just want to kick back, relax, and enjoy the ride, Captain Gilly will serve as your Boat Taxi touring the 5-mile long lake. Bring a cooler and enjoy events on the boat tour such as a water ski show @ Downtown Pewaukee on Thursdays or grab an ice cream and sub at The Chocolate Factory (there is pier at Downtown Pewaukee). There is live music on Wednesday nights called Waterfront Wednesdays @ Downtown Pewaukee. You're also welcome to park your own boat at the pier during your stay. Curley's Waterfront Bar & Grill is directly across the street and has great food! Some Saturday nights they may have live music until midnight.
The home is 2,400 square feet divided between 3 levels, sleeps 11 people. PLEASE NOTE: No parties are allowed.
This Tourist Rooming House is inspected annually and is currently licensed by Waukesha County Division of Environmental Health, ID No. HDEH-CDAQZR. Wis. § Statutes 66.1014 allows for a 6-night minimum. The well water is also tested annually by Waukesha County Division of Environmental Health.
MAIN LEVEL: Living room, kitchen, half bath and a small balcony overlooking Pewaukee Lake off the kitchen. Kitchen offers all new high-end appliances including 6-burner gas stove, oversized fridge with ice maker, beverage fridge, microwave, dishwasher and reverse osmosis drinking water. Kitchen seats 11.
UPPER LEVEL: All 4 bedrooms (including the master suite), 2 full baths and laundry. The upper master suite offers more panoramic lake views including sunsets to the west and Downtown Pewaukee to the east. Master bedroom offers a desk/work area, queen-size bed and twin mattress for smaller guest or child. Master bath offers double sinks, water closet and oversized walk-in tiled shower with glass shower doors. The second full bath upstairs offers a tiled shower over tub and one sink.
LOWER LEVEL: Game room lounge area has a sofa/day bed and a 3rd full bath. Game room has smart TV, ping pong table, kids basketball hoop, multi-player dart board, and cocktail size arcade machine with over 400 games including Pack Man and Galaga.
2.5 car attached garage fits 2 cars and we have 4 outdoor parking spaces so there is a 6-car limit.
INTERNET/WIFI: 600 Mbps Internet WiFi good for HD streaming on multiple devices, Online gaming & Supporting multiple connected smart home devices.

For everyone's safety and security, we have an outdoor video camera @ the driveway entrance. We also live in the neighborhood so we are nearby if you need us.

The host Jodi occasionally keeps her pontoon boat parked on one side of the pier, so I occasionally use the pier to hop on and off my boat in the summer.
Most lakes in our area have weeds including Pewaukee Lake (the fish need weeds, and we are one of the best fishing lakes in the area!) There are many great swimming areas on Pewaukee Lake including Party Island, which is only a 5-minute paddle boat ride from this rental.
