Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August:
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Saturday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.

NO CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY

This unit is best suited for 6 adults and 6 kids. Base rate covers up to 8, max number of guests is 12 (with extra guest fees during peak season - please see rental agreement for more information).

The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and walls with a majestic 28-foot floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace (electric), complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake and the incredible infinity pool!
The two upper-level master suites have king-size beds. Each master suite has a full luxury bath. One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful view of the lake and pool. In between the two masters, is a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.
Outside the two Master suites is a loft with a futon suitable for a couple of children that don't want to be too far from Mom and Dad.
One guest bedroom on the main level has a queen bed. The other has a full over queen bunk bed. These guestrooms share a Jack and Jill style full bath. There is also a half bath in the hall.
Right off the main living area is a large patio where you can enjoy gorgeous views of the lush landscaping, the beautiful infinity pool and lazy river. Make smores right on your patio in the outdoor, wood burning, free standing old time stone fireplace. We'll even supply the roasting sticks!
