Overton Park is also close, where you will find the Brooks Museum of Art, the Memphis Zoo, The Levitt Shell (famous outdoor music venue with 50+ free converts a year), a dog park, a golf course, a patch of woods with walking trails, as well as paved roads, and more.
This neighborhood has a great combination of young people, as well as people who've been living here for over 30 or 40 years.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft is recommended. Public transportation and taxis are highly discouraged.
Other Things to Note:
Fedex is headquartered just 5 miles down the road and planes can be heard going over head every few minutes at specific 20-30 minute periods at specific times during the day or night.
