Ready to get out on the water?! We are minutes from beaches like Oceanfront Park - we have some of the prettiest beaches in the area! But don't feel like leaving, you could enjoy a comfy slumber in our outdoor hammock or even play a little golf, right out your back door! We're close to cozy restaurants and boutiques along the walkable Ocean Avenue!
We have it all right here and would love for you to come and experience all the Old Florida charm :)

The Neighborhood:
Experience Old Florida charm in Boyton Beach! We have amazing restaurants and boutiques along Ocean Avenue. There are canopy-covered walkways leading a wide stretch of sand at Oceanfront Park. QUICK TIP: make sure to check out the giant blue sea turtle sculpture and life-size chess board near the concession stand!
There is plenty of shops to check out along Congress Avenue corridor and Renaissance Commons. Check out Jaycee Park or stop by Gulfstream Park. You'll find easy access for canoes, kayaks and paddleboards as well as shaded picnic areas, playground, and areas to relax!
Getting Around:
Recommend walking, biking, uber/taxi/lyft, or even walking!
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera outside - point entrance of unit A, west side to monitor parking, southwest and southeast corner both facing south and east side, these aren't intended to record our guest but for security purposes.
