Positive: Beautiful comfortable home. Everything you need is provided. The owner was available to answer a few minor concerns

Negative: The downstairs bedroom will only work for tall people. If Grandma is short (me) the bed is way too high. I had to use one of the bedrooms upstairs. It was very comfortable but using stairs now days is difficult for me
