Under no circumstances may anyone not a party to this agreement , or otherwise under the age of twenty one (21) years old, operate our cart.
Lessee is responsible for all damage to the cart, theft, bodily injury, and property damage.
*Our home is dog friendly as well! We allow up to 2 non-shedding dogs, a max of 50lbs each, for an additional $200 fee per stay. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture, owners must clean up all dog waste in the yard, and dog(s) must be crated if left alone at the property.
*This property comes with a wifi-enabled smart TV's where you can stream your favorite shows with your own login.
