This Amazing Bay View home is located directly across the Siuslaw River from Old Town Florence. Bay View West offers amazing views, a large open floor plan with two living spaces, a very comfortable and inviting bar / game room, an outside BBQ area with picnic tables, a small pond between the homes and plenty of parking for boats or sand toys. When first entering Bay View West you will immediately notice the attention to detail from the craftsmanship to the tasteful decor. Walk upstairs to the living room with huge picture windows and those amazing views of old town Florence where you will have the perfect view of fireworks on the 4th of July. The heated garage has been completely outfitted for family fun with comfortable seating, games, and even a bar for entertaining. The charming Old Town section of the city is filled with lovely shops, cafes, galleries, and restaurants. You will also be minutes from numerous trailheads for hiking or mountain biking. The coastal forests flourishing in Douglas fir and Sitka spruce extend nearly to the Ocean. Some trails wind up over and through sand dunes offering hikers the opportunity to experience the unique natural wonders of this area.
