Renovated lakefront house with central air conditioning. Bright and open on Owasco Lake's North End, the home is situated on the water with outdoor furniture, gas grill, stone fire pit and long dock. The first floor features a half bath, open, well-equipped kitchen, pantry, and laundry area and dining room which opens to a spacious living room. For cool nights, there is a gas fireplace. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower. There is an enclosed porch on the lake side of the house leading to the stone fire pit, Adirondack chairs and a large picnic table with benches. The view is beautiful! Summer rentals includes 2 kayaks and a canoe along with life jackets and fishing poles. Take the boats to Emerson Park or visit downtown Auburn just 10 minutes away.
