Negative: Total failure to resolve problems! Total failure to 'make it right'! There was no Internet on day 1. There was internet day 2-4, but the speed was 'dial-up' slow 80% of the time, making it unusable. I spent several hours (of my vacation time) over the first 3 days helping rental management figure out what was wrong w/internet, but no one ever came to the property to check or troubleshoot. I requested a partial refund based on the lack of usable internet and the hours of my time lost to dealing with the problem. All the response I ever got over the next 8 weeks was a promise that 'higher ups' were looking at our issue. After 8 responses (from 8 different reps all responding with the same promises), I've given up on any possibility of management making it right. Too bad. It's a decent place in a great location for us (near family) for future trips to Edgewood. Also, too bad for mgmt because I have a list of minor problems with the unit that could easily be fixed to raise the quality of the rental, but they won't do anything and I've given too much unpaid consulting already. Not putting any more time with no thanks or help from mgmt. I'll never deal with this property mgmt company again. If Booking.com continues to work with them, I'm not sure I'll keep the app for future travel. I have to be able to trust that Booking works with reliable property companies.
