Conveniently located is the Jacksonville International Airport, the fabulous and mysterious Okefenokee Swamp, a 2013 season award winning small hospital of the year, the Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, and the Crooked River State Park.

The cottage has private off street parking in a quit mid-town neighborhood. Other amenities include WIFI, cable TV, DVD player with movies, and central air conditioning and an abundance of bedroom storage.
The cottage comfortably sleeps two adults and two small children. However, there is a pull out sofa for an extra adult or child. The apartment is not ground level and has private stairs.
