Starry nights. Will need transportation, but central to everything: A quick, easy 4 mile drive to downtown Boerne; Boerne Lake 2.2 miles; Luckenbach 23 miles; Sisterdale 9 miles; Fredericksburg 30 miles; Bandera 21 miles; Fiesta Texas/ Six Flags 19 miles; Seaworld 27 miles; Comfort 12 miles; Kerrville 27 miles; Historic Camp Verde 21 miles; Guadalupe River State Park 16 miles; San Antonio River Walk 34 miles. There’s a free ranging horse and 3 outside cats on property. There’s also a dog and chickens behind fenced-in backyard at the main house. The property is rugged and uneven. Please use caution.
