The suite includes a wet bar, two bedrooms, a workspace, very high speed internet (600MB/s), and washer/dryer. This is the basement unit of a three story house. Recently renovated + spectacular location!
The unit is directly below our house. The floors are thin, so please keep in mind that you may hear us upstairs during the day. We sleep early, so you won’t hear from us at nights. But we also wake up early. We try to be as quiet as we can, but you may hear us to some degree early in the morning. If you are a light and sensitive sleeper, please keep this in mind.
Nevertheless, you can be as loud as you want, and that is not a problem for us at all, especially since we are on the 3rd floor at nights and won’t hear anything from the basement.
