Beautiful views and comfort await you! Enjoy the home away from home experience, luxury camping at its finest! Woods in the back yard! We’re very near Trough Creek State park, Lake Raystown & Resort, Juniata College, East Broad top Railroad, state game lands & surrounding areas with many sightseeing attractions of things to see and do! We are a great central location where it’s quick, easy n convenient to get to many areas and also have many conveniences nearby! Both vacation & getaway fun located here! :)
The space
We create the atmosphere, you create the memories! There is a very large parking lot for trucks, boats n trailers, and additional parking, the double bay garage can also be used for cars n SUV's for convenient parking and unloading. Back deck w/ propane fire pit, very comfy outdoor furniture to relax and take it all in especially in the pavilion w/ our beautiful landscaping which gives a resort feel! have butt buckets outside to smoke, use of picnic pavilion which has a portable fire pit so that you can make smores, roast hot dogs, and make mountain pies, propane grill, the fireplace is for candles only but also very nice, comfortable and cozy! Inside full kitchen upstairs w/everything you need stove, fridge w/ ice machine and water, microwave, dish washer, coffee pot! Dimmer switches on most lights adds to the cozy atmosphere, all bedrooms have ceiling fan/light, Laundry room, Towels, blankets, pillows ( extra of all) luxury bedding included,, sleep comfy on double pillow top mattresses, soooo comfy! Central air and heat! The upstairs bathroom has an infinity shower which is on one side w/ a bench seat and a handheld shower sprayer on the other side, to give the spa feel! We have 5 beds, 3 bedrooms, but the other spaces are private sections so it’s like 5 rooms and very versatile spaces which can be used in more than one way to accommodate your reservation! Wifi guest use, desk area, DVD player w/ many movies to choose from both upstairs and downstairs in hang out areas, smart TV’s for streaming, a 60 game arcade game w/ free play, cozy, comfy, clean, n relaxing atmosphere!

Other things to note:
We have a stream, a pond, a picnic pavilion, a large picnic table w/ propane grill in back deck area! We accommodate up to 8 ppl and guests just split the cost, we are open all year round so PERFECT for any time of year! We allow small camp fires in the portable fire pit seating area, firewood may be purchased by you for a small camp fire a minute away, YOU WILL LOVE THE BACKYARD!There are stores not far to pick things up, if you prefer and some very nearby for quick need necessities! If you don't want to cook, we have a Grab and go store w/ gas pumps specialty coffee which offers food, snacks, etc! Fill up your gas tanks for your boat and vehicle right there also so u dont have spend more time and money traveling for it! Also the Cassville Country Store, convenience stores and sit down restaurant w/ ice cream, subs and hoagies hot or cold or order for take out as well, so very nice and convenient esp. after a long travel day, it’s so close we have menus at our vacation home! We also ask that upon departure that you leave the vacation home as nice as it was when you arrived for others to enjoy, thank u! :)
