Positive: We love the set up and location

Negative: This was our family 2nd time renting this property. We were able to rent all 3 properties this year. I am disappointed due to the same issues we had last year around the same time. The hot is not working, so it has never been fixed, the pools weren't clean, and TV'S in several rooms didn't work at all the same as last year. Microwave didn't work in one of the homes. The refrigerator wasn't working, but we finally got it to work. Some of the bedroom had dust behind the bed like it had never been swept. The patio had spider web's everyone it should have been swept and clean. I was disappointed. The property is too nice not to have everything up to par. One of the windows in the middle house has the same window broken from last year. If you're going to rent this property out, please replace your TV'S they are cheap to buy at all stores. And find a better cleaning service and make sure everything is working a day before renting.
