This townhome is 1024 SF with a expansive rooftop overseeing beautiful Seattle Skyline, Space Needle, and Lake Union views.

4th Floor: rooftop patio with downtown skyline view
Our townhome with 2Bd/2Ba Queen beds comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The sofa bed sleeps 1 additional person comfortably. Euro kitchen is great for light snacks and drinks! The living room is perfect for small and cozy get togethers to watch movies while sipping a cup of Seattle coffee.
You also will not want to miss the rooftop views while reading a book with a drink in one hand as you take in the Lake or Downtown Seattle skyline views.
This space caters to tourists who will be in Downtown Seattle for a few days. All essentials are provided, with cozy comfortable beds and relaxing living room lounge.
Other things to note
The metal spiral staircases are not children friendly, please use caution when using the stairs.
Neighborhood description
There's no better location to be right in the action than in Cap Hill. Everything you want in Seattle is within walking distance. The light rail station is just 1/2 mile away and will take you from the Airport all the way to the University of Washington.
This is the perfect location close enough to the Seattle nightlife, but far enough to where it’s a relaxing oasis!
Cap Hill is known for the Seattle nightlife, bars, clubs, and some of the best Seattle restaurants in the area. During the day time, you can find laid-back coffee shops to just spend your sunny Seattle summers or cozy Seattle rainy winters.
Getting around
We do not have off street parking and finding street parking may be difficult at night. Guest parking permits are provided that allow parking at zone 4 restricted parking zones without restrictions. It’s recommended to take the light rail from the airport to Capitol Hill Station.
