It's a single level home (no up and down the stairs) with 3 private bedrooms (all with queen beds), and two full bathrooms! The living room sofa also pulls out as a 4th bed (full size), and there is a fold-out floor mattress (queen sized)! The bathrooms are gorgeous, and private gated parking is ideal and hard to come by in the city! The living room has cable TV and ultra high speed internet to ensure your streaming and business needs are met. ***Parking for 1 moderately sized vehicle only (no large trucks or trailers please!)

The subway is only 3 blocks from the house, and Uber is extremely convenient!
