Wake up to breathtaking views at our tranquil hillside 2 bedroom 1 bath home on a lush avocado grove. Enjoy a recently remodeled kitchen and bathroom for modern comfort. Relax in the quiet, surrounded by birdsong, playful squirrels, and other local wildlife—all just 25 minutes from downtown. It’s the perfect blend of peaceful nature and city convenience. The home features a large master bedroom with two queen-size beds, and a second bedroom with one queen-size bed. Your stay will be at one of the two charming houses, with the main house where I, your host, live just 50 yards away. As you'll notice during your stay, I spend much of my time working in the grove, tending to the avocado trees, so you’ll occasionally see me around. I’m always happy to chat or help out if you need anything, but rest assured, you’ll have plenty of privacy. The property features a shared driveway lined with avocado trees, providing a scenic entrance to both houses. Please note that there are only 2 off-street parking spots available, and no street parking. so kindly plan accordingly. To ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable stay, we do have a 4 guest maximum rule in effect.
