To the left of the main entrance, you'll discover a separate door that leads into the newly added, beautifully secluded studio. As you step inside, you're greeted by a stunning large picture window that bathes the room in natural light and offers expansive water views. The studio is thoughtfully furnished with a queen bed, a comfortable couch, and a Smart TV, perfect for logging into your favorite streaming services and unwinding in style.

- You can drive around (about a hour and half) or take the Bremerton to Seattle Ferry. The ferry terminal is about 15 minutes from the house. There is a vehicle ferry that takes 55 minutes to cross, or a passenger ferry that takes 25 minutes.
- The property's driveway is VERY steep. Inexperienced drivers may have difficulty backing up the steep driveway. Please consider if this will be a problem for your group.
- The backyard has a cliffside with a small fence barrier, but children should never be left unattended in this area.
